Manage your account
Everything about your AVIOFILE account lives in the web app. This page shows where to find it and what happens to your data.
Open your account
Sign in to the web app to manage your profile, your organisations and your credentials.
Export your data
In the app, open Menu > Privacy & information > Export my data and you get a ZIP file with your personal data: profile, consents, licences, organisations, logbook (also as CSV), bookings and notifications. Attached files are listed and downloaded separately.
Delete your account
In the app, open Menu > Privacy & information > Delete account and follow the two steps: you have 14 days to change your mind. You can also write to privacy@aviofile.com from the email address you registered with. After the 14 days we delete your profile, licences, personal documents and personal logbook (files within about a month, backups within 35 days). What other people also need remains: aircraft flights and maintenance with your name replaced by "Removed user", and signed training records, receipts and documents kept by organisations. If you administer an organisation, hand over its administration before you leave.
