Management software for flying clubs and flight schools
Fleet, members, bookings, flight credit and training progress in one shared calendar and one dashboard. A club, a school, or both in one organisation.
The whole school or club on one dashboard
Fleet status, students, instructors and today's flights at a glance. Choose the organisation type that fits you: flight school, club, or school and club in one, with one subscription, the same aircraft and the same members.
- Invite students, instructors and members by email or with an open link, and give each one a role
- Licence and medical expiries of the members who choose to share them with the school or club, with a notification before they lapse
- Aircraft status and next maintenance deadline for the whole fleet

Bookings that cannot overlap
Members and students book the aircraft from a week or month calendar, with checks for conflicts and for grounded aircraft. Find a free slot for an aircraft and an instructor, or let instructors and the office book for students.
- Tentative bookings, editing and cancellation
- Choose whether students can book on their own
- Subscribe to bookings and lessons in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook
Flight credit, fees and receipts
Members and students have a flight credit. The office records the top-ups and the payments received, and members download receipts. Membership fees have an expiry date: when one expires, the app says so and does not let that member log flights.
- Credit and hours left for each member
- Receipts with your logo and details (they are not tax documents)
- AVIOFILE keeps the accounts: it does not collect or transfer money

Training records and classroom
With the Training module you create courses with a syllabus, enrol students and write and sign lesson records; students follow their own registry. The school dashboard and reports show the progress of every student.
The Classroom organises ground lessons, briefings, exams and simulator sessions for groups such as "PPL 2027", with attendance, slides, manuals and announcements.
- Courses, syllabus, enrolments and signed lesson records
- Groups, lesson calendar by group and instructor, attendance in a few taps
- Students see only their own lessons, material and records
Fleet maintenance under control
Every aircraft keeps its own maintenance programme, defect reports and documents with expiry dates. A fleet view shows the next deadline of each aircraft, so the school never finds out on the day of a lesson.

Frequently asked questions
Can I run a flying club and a flight school together?
Yes. The School and club organisation type puts both in one organisation, with one subscription, the same aircraft and the same members.
Does AVIOFILE collect payments from members and students?
No. It records the credit, the top-ups and the payments received by the office and issues receipts that are not tax documents. It does not collect or transfer money.
Does it replace the records my authority requires?
AVIOFILE keeps lesson records, syllabus progress and signed entries digitally. It does not replace the documents or approvals your authority requires from a training organisation: check what applies to you.
How do students and instructors join?
An administrator sends an invitation by email or shares an open link. The invited person opens AVIOFILE in the app, or continues on the web.
